Menu Venue
The Menu Venue is a point-of-order
system allowing your customers to place and customize their
order on their own, eliminating the customer-server interaction.
Combining full-screen
graphics and a custom menu, simply set up an ordering kiosk
in your restaurant. Animated behaviors and sounds can be
included and commanded at special points in the ordering
process to add interest. Menus can consist of standard meal
items, standard meal items with add-on toppings, or
custom meals that customers build themselves.
Your staff has extensive
remote control over how the program works:
- set hours of operation
that the program will honor
- show a closed screen when you
are closed
- force the program "closed" at
any time
- allow/disallow foods, add-ons, custom
ingredients, or the customization feature entirely
- change
the on-screen price
Plus, you have daily, weekly, and monthly
reports at your disposal to help track what is being ordered
with the Menu Venue. This will help you reorder when necessary
and also track purchases to ensure prices are appropriate.
